If you choose payment through a monthly cheque, please mail us your signed agreement along with information on your agency and a cheque in the amount of $99 + applicable taxes, covering activation fees and opening of your account as well as a cheque covering the monthly fee + plus applicable taxes for the first month's use of your E-brochure. You will be invoiced afterwards on a monthly basis. Be advised that payments by cheque are authorised only for travel agencies located in the United States and in Canada.

Following receipt of your payment, details on your agency and your signed agreement, we will contact you and proceed to activate and customise your E-brochure.

As to avoid any misunderstanding, in order to detain a standard license or a standard license + the construction of a home page, you must carefully read the license agreement, sign it and answer the questions that will allow us to better know your company as well as your needs.

The license agreement that you have signed confirms us that you have carefully read the conditions and limitation of our license, which we have summarised below.

1) This license authorises you to create two weblinks between your website and the online brochure that we will customise to the name of your company. This license is only valid for one (1) website and authorises you to create a maximum of two links, one to the French section and another to the English section. We will inform you of the exact address of those two weblinks accordingly.

2) It is understood that this license does not give you any rights to the content of our online brochure. The content of the online brochure as well as its photographs, texts and images displayed remain the sole property of Infotours and benefit under the copyrights protection. It is strictly forbidden to copy or reproduce any of the aforementioned without the written authorisation of Infotours.

3) In order for Info-hotels-online to customise your E-brochure, you must supply us with a banner displaying the details of your agency. This banner will appear as a header to all the pages of your E-brochure.

The requested details should include your logo, the name, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address of your agency, as well as any pertinent information. The size must respect the following measurements: 647 pixels in width and 50 pixels in height.

Should you wish that Info-hotels-online create this image for you, the cost of an image similar to this one (click here to visualise) would be $30.

4) Upon request, Info-hotels-online may edit or personalise further your E-brochure at an hourly cost of $30.

5) Info-hotels-online will regularly update your online brochure to add new hotels.

6) If your agency already owns a website and you wish to obtain a standard license authorising you to create two links between your website and our online brochure, the minimum term of such a license agreement would be six (6) months.

7) If your agency does not own a website and you wish to subscribe our standard license + construction of a home page, authorising you to obtain a standard license that would include our online brochure as well as construction of the home page for your future site, the minimum term of such a license agreement would be twelve (12) months.

8) You will be charged a unique activation fee of $99 to open your account and each month after, a monthly fee according to the type of license chosen. The regular monthly fee for agencies with branches will include an additional amount of $5 per branches. Each point of sale offering an access to the public is considered a branch.
